Salt to taste
300 gm K&N’s Thunder Fillets
1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup small red onion, chopped
3/4 c heavy cream
1 K&N’s Stok
1 tbsp lemon
2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish
4-5 lemon sliced into half moons
Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
Prepare the K&N’s Thunder Fillets as per the instructions on the pack and slice the fillets after frying
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook spaghetti according to package directions until done, Drain and return to pot.
To skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add red onion, garlic season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add water, K&N’s Stok and cook for 4-5 minutes
Now add heavy cream, lemon juice, Stir in cheeses and let cook until melty, then add lemon slices and cooked spaghetti.
Top with sliced K&N’s Thunder Fillets and garnish with more Parmesan and parsley.
