How to make Chicken Cheese Paratha

Ingredients for Dough
  • 2 Cup Wheat Flour
  • Salt on Pinch
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Warm Milk as Needed
Ingredients for Chicken Filling
  • 300g Boiled Shredded Chicken
  • 2 Green Chili (Chopped)
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 Onion (medium)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander
  • ½ Tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chili Crushed
  • ½ Tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
  • 4 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)
Direction for Chicken Filling: In a large bowl, add chicken, green chili, salt, garam masala, onion, fresh coriander, red chili crushed, cumin powder and mix it well. Filling mixture now ready. Direction for Dough: in another bowl, add flour, salt, cooking oil and mix it well. Now add milk gradually and knead. After that leave it for 15-20 minutes. Assembling Now roll out 2 doughs with the help of rolling pin for making paratha. Now, spread the chicken filling and mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese on first rolled dough and then cover with other rolled dough. گندم کا آٹا 2 کپ
نمک ایک چٹکی
کھانے کا تیل 1 کھانے کاچمچ
نیم گرم دودھ حسبِ ضرورت

چکن فلنگ کے اجزاء
اُبلاچکن(ریشے) 300 گرام
ہری مرچ(چوپ) 2 عدد
نمک حسبِ ضرورت
گرم مصالحہ ایک چوتھائی کھانے کا چمچ
پیاز(درمیانی) 1 عدد
ہرا دھنیا 2کھانے کے چمچ
دھنیا پاؤڈر آدھا کھانے کا چمچ
لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی 1کھانے کا چمچ
زیرہ(پاؤڈر) آدھا کھانے کا چمچ
چیڈر چیز(کدوکش) 4 کھانے کے چمچ
مزریلہ چیز(کدوکش) 4 کھانے کے چمچ

  • چکن فلنگ بنانے کے اجزاء
  • ایک برتن میں اُبلیہوئے چکن کے ریشے لیں اس میں ہری مرچ، نمک، گرم مصالحہ، پیاز، ہرا دھنیا، دھنیا پاؤڈر، لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی اور زیرہ پاؤڈر ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔
  • ڈو بنانے کی ترکیب
  • ایک برتن میں آٹا لیں اس میں نمک، کھانے کا تیل ڈال کر ملا لیں۔
  • اب اس میں دودھ ڈال کر گوندھ لیں اور 15-20 منٹ رکھ دیں۔
  • اب اس کا پیڑا بنا کر بیل لیں۔
  • اب اس پر تیار کی ہوئی چکن فلنگ ڈال کر پھیلا دیں۔
  • اب اس میں مزریلہ چیز، اور چیڈر چیز ڈال دیں۔
  • اب اس پر ایک اور پیڑا بیل کر کو بند کر دیں۔
  • اب اس کو توہ پر ڈال کر پکا لیں۔
  • آپکا مزے دار چکن چیز پراٹھہ تیار ہے۔
