  • Sardai Mixture (Already Prepared)
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 2 cup water
  • Crushed Almonds (as needed for topping)
Instructions for Sardai Mixture:
  • First of all, add poppy seeds, soaked almonds, in a clay pot & grind them well (you can use mortar & pestle for this purpose)
  • Then add sugar, whole black peppers, green cardamoms, dried melon seeds, & grind again
  • Add ½ cup water & mix well by adding water again. Sardai mixture is ready
  • Instructions for Sardai:
  • Put the sardai mixture (which is already prepared), ice cubes, 2 cup water in a grinder then grind well
  • Take a muslin cloth & keep it in a bowl, then pour the grinded mixture (which we have prepared in previous step). Pick up this cloth from the top and squeeze it until all the liquid mixture came out
  • Add this squeezed mixture into glass then complete topping with the help of crushed almonds
  • Your traditional sardai is ready to serve

8. Mongolian chicken noodles

 Tired of all the same reappearing traditional recipes every year, then go for the delicious chicken noodles Mongolian style, which will ensure that your taste buds dance with joy! Ingredients:
  • 330 gm K&N’s Chicken Tempura
  • 300 gm Noodles
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • ½ cup carrots
  • ½ bell pepper
  • ½ cup spring onion
  • ½ Tbsp garlic, Chopped
  • ½ Tbsp Ginger Chopped
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup water, plus more as needed to thin out sauce
  • 1 Tsp red chili flakes
  • toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
  • thinly sliced green onions, for garnish
Cooking Direction:
  1. Prepare K&N’s Chicken Tempura as per the instructions on the pack
  2. Take a skillet with water, heat it and put the olive oil.
  3. Add the noodles in the water and let them cook for a while. When done, drain and set aside.
  4. Heat a pan over medium-high
  5. Add 1½ tablespoons olive oil and add the garlic, ginger and carrots.
  6. Cook until the vegetables are just crisp tender, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Now add onion slice and cook until get transparent

  • 3 TBSP Sugar syrup

  1. First of all Add mint, Sugar Syrup, Black salt, Salt, Lemon Juice, Ice Cubes in a grinder, & grind well

  2. Add Cream, Sugar, Cocoa Powder in a pan, then mix them well until the sugar dissolved
  3. Beat the Eggs well & add gradually into Cream mixture by stirring continuously
  4. Cook for 2-3 Minutes at low flame. Then turn off the flame
  5. Add crushed Biscuits, pour the cream mixture in it then add Almonds, Walnuts in a pan & mix well
  6. Pour the mixture into a spring form pan & press with the back of a spoon then add chocolate sauce & keep it into the refrigerator for 4-5 hours or overnight

How to make Chicken Reshmi Kabab

  • 700 gm Chicken
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 6 Green Chilies
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 5 gm Green Coriander
  • 200 gm Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 5 gm Ginger (Chopped)
  • 2 TSP Coriander Powder
  • 1 & ½ TSP Cumin Powder
  • 1 TSP Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 TSP white pepper Powder
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Powder
  • Cooking Oil (As Needed)
  1. First of all, take a Blender, add chicken, Butter, White Pepper Powder, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Green Coriander, Onion, Coconut Powder, Coriander Crushed, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili. Now Blend these all ingredients with chicken. And Keep it in the fridge for 30 Minutes
  2. Apply the oil at the hands, make kababs from the marinated chicken
  3. Take a pan, add oil and fry the kababs lightly

  • 2 TSP Green Chili Paste

Mandi Masala Directions:
  1. Put all these ingredients in a cooking pan, fry those for a while then grind them well.
  2. Mandi Masala is ready.
Chicken Mandi Directions:
  1. Put Mandi Masala (2TbSP) in a bowl. Also add salt, Vinegar, Red Chili Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Crushed Red Chili, Lemon Juice, & mix well then set aside
  2. Put K&N’s Whole Chicken in a bowl & pour the above prepared mixture at this chicken. Apply well with the help of a brush & refrigerate for 2-3 hours
  3. Place this marinated chicken in a steamer by adding warm water, & steam for 35-40 minutes
Mandi Rice Directions:
  1. Add cooking oil in a pan, then add onions, ginger garlic paste, raisins, cashews, green chilies, salt, cumin, then fry well

  2. Now take out in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Take 3 tbsp oil in a pan add onion, ginger garlic paste, whole spices, green chilli and fry it till got brown.

  • 2 Cup Rice
  • 1 TBSP Ghee
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl add Rice, Water and soak for 30 minutes.
  2. In a cooking pot, add water, salt, cooking oil and soaked rice then boil the rice until 3/4th done.
  3. in another cooking pot, add cooking oil, onion and fry until light brown.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste, chicken and fry for a while.
  5. Now, add garam masala, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, potato, yogurt, water and cook for 10 mints.

  • Green chili 4 pieces
  • Coriander crushed 1-1/2 tbsp.
  • Cumin crushed 1-1/2 tbsp.
  • Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
  • Hot spices 1-1/2 tbsp.
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Black cardamom 2 pieces
  • Cardamom 3 pieces
  • Cinnamon 5 g
  • Black paper 6 pieces
Method for Chicken Korma
  1. Put Chicken pieces in the bowl, add and mix water, table salt, ginger garlic paste and vinegar.
  2. Put away the bowl for 15-20 minutes. Fry onion (500g) in cooking oil until brown.
  3. Grind Yogurt, Cashew and Brown Onion.
  4. Put Cooking Oil, Black cardamom, Cardamom, Cinnamon and Black paper in cooking pot, add and mix ginger garlic paste, Cumin crushed, Mixture of (Yogurt, Cashew, Brown Onion), Turmeric powder, Table salt, Green chili, Coriander crushed, Hot spices and Red chili powder.
  5. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add chicken without water from the bowl in the cooking pot and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Then Roast after simmering. Now tasty Chicken Korma is ready to serve.
