Instructions for Sardai Mixture:
  • First of all, add poppy seeds, soaked almonds, in a clay pot & grind them well (you can use mortar & pestle for this purpose)
  • Then add sugar, whole black peppers, green cardamoms, dried melon seeds, & grind again
  • Add ½ cup water & mix well by adding water again. Sardai mixture is ready
  • Instructions for Sardai:
  • Put the sardai mixture (which is already prepared), ice cubes, 2 cup water in a grinder then grind well
  • Take a muslin cloth & keep it in a bowl, then pour the grinded mixture (which we have prepared in previous step). Pick up this cloth from the top and squeeze it until all the liquid mixture came out
  • Add this squeezed mixture into glass then complete topping with the help of crushed almonds
  • Your traditional sardai is ready to serve

8. Mongolian chicken noodles

  • 330 gm K&N’s Chicken Tempura
  • 300 gm Noodles
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • ½ cup carrots
  • ½ bell pepper
  • ½ cup spring onion
  • ½ Tbsp garlic, Chopped
  • ½ Tbsp Ginger Chopped
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup water, plus more as needed to thin out sauce
  • 1 Tsp red chili flakes
  • toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

Cooking Direction:
  1. Prepare K&N’s Chicken Tempura as per the instructions on the pack
  2. Take a skillet with water, heat it and put the olive oil.
  3. Add the noodles in the water and let them cook for a while. When done, drain and set aside.
  4. Heat a pan over medium-high

Direction

  1. First of all Add mint, Sugar Syrup, Black salt, Salt, Lemon Juice, Ice Cubes in a grinder, & grind well

Ingredients:
  • 700 gm Chicken
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 6 Green Chilies
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 5 gm Green Coriander
  • 200 gm Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 5 gm Ginger (Chopped)
  • 2 TSP Coriander Powder
  • 1 & ½ TSP Cumin Powder
  • 1 TSP Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 TSP white pepper Powder
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Powder
  • Cooking Oil (As Needed)
Preparation:
  1. First of all, take a Blender, add chicken, Butter, White Pepper Powder, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Green Coriander, Onion, Coconut Powder, Coriander Crushed, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili. Now Blend these all ingredients with chicken. And Keep it in the fridge for 30 Minutes
  2. Apply the oil at the hands, make kababs from the marinated chicken

Mandi Masala Directions:
  1. Put all these ingredients in a cooking pan, fry those for a while then grind them well.
  2. Mandi Masala is ready.
Chicken Mandi Directions:
  1. Put Mandi Masala (2TbSP) in a bowl. Also add salt, Vinegar, Red Chili Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Crushed Red Chili, Lemon Juice, & mix well then set aside
  2. Put K&N’s Whole Chicken in a bowl & pour the above prepared mixture at this chicken. Apply well with the help of a brush & refrigerate for 2-3 hours
  3. Place this marinated chicken in a steamer by adding warm water, & steam for 35-40 minutes

  1. Heat 3 tbsp Oil and add carrot, 3 tbsp sugar, raisins, almond and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Now take out in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Take 3 tbsp oil in a pan add onion, ginger garlic paste, whole spices, green chilli and fry it till got brown.
  4. Now add K&N’s Boti Cut and fry it for 5 to 7 minutes
  5. Now add salt, cumin, coriander powder, cumin powder, sugar, and yogurt and mix it well.
  6. Now take out chicken and set aside.
  7. Now add 3 cups of water, K&N’s Chicken STOK (Cube) and cook it for a while.
  8. Now add rice and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Now add cooked chicken and steam for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Now add fried carrots, almonds, raisins and steam for more 2 minutes. 9-Remove rice from the pan and transfer to serving bowl/dish and top the rice with the carrots and raisins. Serve.

17. Sindhi biryani

 No matter if it’s a party or a funeral in Pakistan, there is now way It can be anywhere near completion if they are not serving biryani there. The Sindhi biryani recipe is one of the most relished rice recipes of Pakistan and can be a great addition to any kind of iftar meal whether it is a social one or you are just cooking for yourself.Ingredients:
  • ½ KG Chicken
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 2 Half Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 TBSP Salt
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 1 TSP Turmeric Powder
  • 1 TBSP Red Chili Powder
  • 12 Green Chilies
  • 4 Black Cardamoms
  • 6 Cloves
  • 1 TSP Black Cumin Seeds
  • 12 Black Peppers
  • 4 Green Cardamoms
  • 3 Star Anise
  • 6 Plum
  • 1 TSP Nutmeg & Mace Powder
  • ½ TSP Food Color
  • ½ TSP Biryani Essence
  • ½ Pinch Mint
  • 4 Lemons
  • ½ Pinch Green Coriander
  • 2 Cup Rice
  • 1 TBSP Ghee
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl add Rice, Water and soak for 30 minutes.
  2. In a cooking pot, add water, salt, cooking oil and soaked rice then boil the rice until 3/4th done.
  3. in another cooking pot, add cooking oil, onion and fry until light brown.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste, chicken and fry for a while.
  5. Now, add garam masala, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, potato, yogurt, water and cook for 10 mints.
  6. Now, add dried plum, tomato, green chili and cook for a while.
  7. Take a cooking pot for layering.
  8. start from Cooked Chicken layer then rice layer and then spread the mint, fresh coriander
  9. after that, add again chicken layer then rice layer, now spread the fried onion, biryani essence, food color, fresh coriander, mint, green chili, nutmeg powder, javitri powder, and simmer for 10 minutes.

18. Qorma

 Be it a chicken qorma, a beef one or the royal mutton variant, the qorma recipe does not fail to express its love to our taste buds. This heavy, thick, glazy recipe is great choice for all the foodies who want to get their hands on something filling and delectable after a whole long day of fasting. Ingredients of Chicken Korma
  • Chicken (with bones) 800 g
  • Deep Fried (Brown) Onion 50 g
  • Yogurt 2 cup
  • Cashew 20 g
  • Table salt as needed
  • Turmeric powder 1-1/2 tsp.
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp.
  • Green chili 4 pieces
  • Coriander crushed 1-1/2 tbsp.
  • Cumin crushed 1-1/2 tbsp.
  • Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
  • Hot spices 1-1/2 tbsp.
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Black cardamom 2 pieces
  • Cardamom 3 pieces
  • Cinnamon 5 g
  • Black paper 6 pieces
Method for Chicken Korma
  1. Put Chicken pieces in the bowl, add and mix water, table salt, ginger garlic paste and vinegar.
  2. Put away the bowl for 15-20 minutes. Fry onion (500g) in cooking oil until brown.
  3. Grind Yogurt, Cashew and Brown Onion.
  4. Put Cooking Oil, Black cardamom, Cardamom, Cinnamon and Black paper in cooking pot, add and mix ginger garlic paste, Cumin crushed, Mixture of (Yogurt, Cashew, Brown Onion), Turmeric powder, Table salt, Green chili, Coriander crushed, Hot spices and Red chili powder.
  5. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add chicken without water from the bowl in the cooking pot and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Then Roast after simmering. Now tasty Chicken Korma is ready to serve.

19. Daal chawal

  • Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp
  • Whole Red Chili 3 pieces
  • Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp
Step by Step Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, add water and rice. Keep rice in the water for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a cooking pot, add water, rice, salt, whole cumin and boil it.
  3. In a bowl, add dal masoor and dal mung. Keep them in the water for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Now boil dal masoor, dal mung in the water. After that add, salt, red chili powder, green chili, turmeric, garlic, coriander powder and cumin powder.
  5. Steam it for 15-20 minutes on low flame. After that add Tarka. Tarka:
  6. In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, onion, cumin and fry it until light brown.
  7. Now add garlic chopped, whole red chili, red chili powder and cook for a while.
