Ingredients for molten cake:
450g Chocolate
2 tbsp Oil
1/4 cup Butter (melted)
1/2 cup Icing sugar
1/3 cup All-purpose flour
4 Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
Ingredients for white lava:
1 cup Whipped cream
1 cup White chocolate
1 cup Cream cheese

Directions for lava mix:
On a double boiler add whipped cream, white chocolate and cream cheese.
Melt and whisk until you get a smooth consistency. Take it off.
Directions for molten cake:
On a double boiler melt chocolate add oil and then take it off.
Take a bowl, add eggs, vanilla essence and mix it well.
Then add melted chocolate, butter, icing sugar, flour and cocoa powder.
Mix all these ingredients until well combined.
Take a mold and spread butter on it evenly, then sprinkle cocoa powder and refrigerate it for 10 minutes at least.
Then pour the cake mixture and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
When cake it ready dish out on your serving platter and pour white chocolate on top.
Sprinkle some cocoa powder for garnish and serve hot.
