1 tbsp Yeast

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Sugar

2 tbsp Oil

1/2 kg Chicken boneless

Salt to taste

1 tsp Black pepper

1/2 tso Oregano

1 tbsp Soy sauce

1/2 tsp Red chili flakes

1 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp All-purpose flour

1 tbsp Garlic

1/2 tsp Red chili flakes

1 cup Cream

2 cup Milk

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

1 tsp Oregano

Mozzarella cheese as required

Cheddar cheese as required

Tomatoes as required

Baby spinach as required

Oregano for sprinkle

Mushroom as required

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl mix salt, black pepper, oregano, soy sauce, oil and chili flakes.Marinate chicken cubes in it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until fully cooked for 5 to 8 minutes.Your chicken topping is ready, set aside.

In a pan add butter, flour, garlic and sauté for a minute.Then add milk, black pepper, oregano, chili flakes, salt and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.Lastly add parmesan cheese and cook until it’s in thick consistency.

In a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, oil and knead soft tacky pizza dough.Let it proof for about 15 to 20 minutes in a warm place until double in size.

Divide dough in four equal parts. Make ball like shapes from each part.

Roll it out with help of a rolling pin. Place it on a greased baking dish.

Now prick it with help of a fork then spread white sauce on it.Top it with cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, baby spinach, and mushroom. Sprinkle oregano in last.

Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Your alfredo pizza is ready to serve.

ایک باؤل میں میدہ، خمیر،چینی اور کھانے کا تیل ڈال کر نرم ڈو گوندھ لیں اورپندرہ سے بیس منٹ گرم جگہ پر رکھ دیں۔

اب ڈو کو چار برابر حصوں میں کاٹ لیں اور پیڑے بنا لیں۔

پھر پیڑوں کو بیل کر گریس کی ہوئی بیکنگ ڈِش میں رکھیں۔

اب کانٹے سے اس پر نشان لگائیں اور وائٹ سوس پھیلا دیں۔پھر اس پر پکا ہوا چکن، موزریلا چیز، چیڈر چیز، ٹماٹر، پالک اور مشروم ڈال کر اوریگانو چھڑک دیں۔

اب پہلے سے گرم اوون میں ایک سو اسی کے درجہ حرارت پر دس سے پندرہ منٹ بیک کر لیں۔
