Ingredients for sliders:
250g Siblou Beach Nuggets
1/4 cup onion garlic mayo
1/4 cup Ketchup
5-6 Cheese slices
Tomato slices as required
Salad leaves as required
Ingredients for waffle:
1 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Milk (warm)
1 Egg
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 cup Butter (melted)
Onion garlic mayo ingredients:
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red chili flakes
Black pepper a pinch
2 tbsp Cream

Direction of onion garlic mayo:
In a bowl add mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, chili flakes, black pepper and cream.
Whisk all ingredients well and your sauce is ready.
Directions for waffle:
Preheat a waffle iron.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Pour in milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Stir until well combined.
Cook in a preheated waffle maker using 1/4 cup of batter until light golden brown.
Your mini size waffles are ready. Set aside
Assembling:
Prepare Siblou Beach Nuggets as per the instructions on the pack and set aside.
Take one waffle, spread onion garlic mayo, place salad leave and top it with prepared Siblou Beach Nuggets.
Top it with tomato slice, drizzle ketchup, place cheese slice on top and cover it with another waffle.
Your waffle sliders are ready to serve.
