600g Chicken
Salt to taste
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric
½ cup Yogurt

Direction for Tandoori Chicken:
Place the Deep cuts on Chicken
Now pure the chicken in the bowl
Marinate it for one minutes by adding salt, cumin powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, yogurt
Now add 2-3 tbsp cooking oil in the cooking pot and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown

تندوری چکن بنانے کی ترکیب
چکن کی پر گہرے کٹ لگا لیں۔ اب اس کو ایک برتن میں ڈال دیں ۔
اب اس میں نمک، زیرہ پاؤڈر، لیموں کا رس، ادرک لہسن پیسٹ، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، ہلدی، دہی ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔
اب اس اچھی طرح ملا لیں اور ایک گھنٹے کے لیے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
اب ایک کڑاہی میں دو سے تین کھانے کے چمچ کھانے کا تیل ڈالیں اور اس میں تیار کیے ہوئے چکن کو ڈال کر گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں۔
اب اس کڑاہی میں ایک کٹوری رکھ دیں اس پر جلتا ہوا کوئلہ رکھ دیں اور اس پر تھوڑا سا کھانے کا تیل ڈال دیں۔
جیسے ہی دھواں اُٹھنے لگے ڈھکن رکھ دیں اور ایک سے دو منٹ ڈھک کر رکھیں۔
