  • Chicken Boneless 400g
  • Rice (Boiled) 500g
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Maida Flour 2 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil 3 tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Hot Water Half Cup
  • Carrots 10g
  • Green Capsicum 10g
  • Red Capsicum 10g
  • Pineapple 25g
  • Butter 25g
  • Corn Flour 5 tbsp
  • Onion 10g
  • White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
  • Garlic Chopped 2 tbsp

Method
In a pot, add chicken, salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, Maida flour, corn flour and marinate it.
Now fry it until golden brown in cooking oil.
In another cooking pot, add cooking oil, garlic, carrots, onion, green capsicum, red capsicum, vinegar, tomato ketchup, fried chicken, pineapple and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Now add hot water and corn flour mixed in water. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Rice: In a cooking pot, add butter, garlic chopped and cook it until light brown.
Afterward, add boiled rice, salt, white pepper powder, soy sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  • لہسن چوپڈ دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • اُبلے ہوئے چاول 500گرام
  • نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
  • سفید مرچ پسی ہوئی ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ترکیب ایک برتن میں چکن ڈالیں اور اس میں نمک، کالی مرچ، سویا سوس ، چینی، سرکہ، میدہ، اور کارن فلور ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔ اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل ڈال کرچکن کو لائٹ براؤن ہونے تک ڈیپ فرائی کر لیں۔ ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل ڈالیں اور اس میں لہسن، گاجر، پیاز، سبز شملہ مرچ، لال شملہ مرچ، سرکہ، ٹماٹو کیچپ، فرائی کیا ہوا چکناور پائن ایپل ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ پکائیں۔اب اس میں گرم پانی، کارن فلورکو آدھا کپ پانی میں حل کر کے ڈال دیں۔ چاولؒ : ایک پین میں مکھن اور لہسن چوپ کئے ہوئے ڈال کر لائٹ براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کر یں۔اب اس میں اُبلے ہوئے چاول، نمک، سویا سوس، سفید مرچ پیسی ہوئی ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ پکائیں آپکے بٹر گارلک رائس تیار ہیں۔
