1/4 tsp Baking soda

4 cups Water

5-6 Green cardamom

2 tbsp Sugar

1/4 tsp Salt

2 & 1/2 cup Milk

1 & 1/2 cup Kehwa

Pistachio chopped (for garnish)

Almonds chopped (for garnish)

5-7 Cardamoms

4-5 Cloves

2 Star anises

5-7 Peppercorns

2 tbsp Tea powder

1 inch piece Ginger

1/2 stick Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder

1 tsp Fennel seeds

2 cups Milk

2 cup Water

2 tbsp Sugar

Add water in a saucepan, add Kashmiri tea leaves, baking soda and bring it to boil. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until kehwa reduce to half of its quantity.

پھر اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیں اورپستہ،بادام کے ساتھ گارنش کریں۔

مصا لحہ چائے بنانے کے لئے ایک پین میں پانی، الائچی، لونگ، بادیان، کالی مرچ، ادرک، دار چینی، جائفل اور سونف ڈال کر تین سے پانچ منٹ ابلنے دیں۔اب اس میں چائے پاؤڈر ڈال کر دوبارہ ابال لیں۔

پھر آخر میں دودھ اور چینی ڈال کر اچھی طرح ابال لیں اور چھان کر سرو کریں۔
