Ingredients for Spaghetti with meatball:
- Chicken, beaf, mutton or fish mince 500g
- Spaghetti 200g
- Oil ¼ cup
- Salt as required
- Parmesan Cheese 3 tbsp
- Oregano powder 1 ½ tsp
- Parsley chopped 4 tbsp
- Red chili crushed 2 tsp
- Onion chopped ½ pc
- Green pepper 1 tsp
- Bread crumb 4 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tsp
- Maida flour 1 tsp
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 1 tsp
- Tomato ketchup 1 ½ cup
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Tomato chopped 2 tsp
Method for Spaghetti with meatball:
In a pot add chicken mince, salt, parmesan cheese 2 tbsp, oregano powder, parsley 2 tsp, crushed red pepper, onion, green chili crushed, bread crumbs, corn flour and maida flour and mix it thoroughly. After mixing make meat balls. In a cooking pot add water, salt, oil and boil it. When it's boiled add spaghetti in it and boil it for 3-4 minutes and keep checking whether it’s boiled or not. When it's fully cooked take it out in another pot. In a pan add olive oil, garlic chopped and meat balls and leave it on steam till lite brown on low flame. Keep checking till they turn lite brown. Add tomato ketchup when they get lite brown and now add lemon juice, parmesan cheese 1 tsp, salt as required, oregano powder ½ tsp, chopped parsley 1 tsp and tomato chopped 2 tsp and leave it on steam for 3-4 minutes. Now in a pot take boiled spaghetti and serve with meat balls and gravy. Your tasty spaghetti with meat balls are ready.
