In a bowl mix garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce and garlic powder. Marinate EastCo Salmon Steak in it for 15 to 20 minutes.

ایک پین میں پانی ڈال کر ابلنے دیں اور اس میں پانچ منٹ کے لئے گاجریں ڈال دیں۔اب گاجروں کو ٹھنڈے پانی میں ڈال دیں۔پھر دوسرے ایک پین میں پانی ڈال کر ابلنے دیں اور اس میں پانچ منٹ کے لئےبروکولی ڈال دیں۔اب بروکولی کو ٹھنڈے پانی میں ڈال دیں۔

پھر ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کر کے اس میں گاجریں، چیڑی ٹماٹر، بروکولی، نمک اور مرچ ڈال کر تیز آنچ پر چار سے پانچ منٹ ٹوس کر لیں۔
