Ingredients for potato Croquettes:
1 KG Boiled Potatoes
80 gm Butter
Salt (As Needed)
1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
¼ TSP Crushed Nutmeg (Jaifal)
3 Eggs (For Egg Yolk & Egg White)
1 & ½ Cup Flour
1 & ½ Bread Crumbs
Cooking Oil (As Needed)
200 gm Maida

Instructions for potato croquettes:

1. First of all, add water in a pan. Add Potatoes and boil them
2. Peel off the potatoes, mashed them well until all the water dried
3. Now add, Butter, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Jaifal Crushed, & mix well
4. Add Egg Yolks. Mix again
5. Put the mixture into piping bag and exclude into long strips. Keep this mixture into refrigerator for 1 hour
6. Cut into small pieces, apply Maida
7. Apply Bread Crumbs at these square shape cutlets/pieces & dip into Egg White
8. Add Cooking Oil in a pan, Let it Warm. Add Cutlets in this oil and fry them until they changed into golden brown
9. Your Tasty Potato Croquettes are ready to serve

پوٹیٹو کنکرٹیز اجزاء اُبلے ہوئے آلو 1کلو مکھن 80گرام نمک حسبِ ذائقہ کالی مرچ پاؤڈر 1چائے کا چمچ جیفل کر ش کیا ہوا 1/4چائے کا چمچ انڈے کی سفیدی 3عدد انڈے کی زردی 3عدد آٹا 1-1/2کپ بریڈ کرم 1-1/2کپ کھانے کا تیل حسبِ ضرورت پوٹیٹو کنکرٹیز ترکیب ۔ایک پین میں پانی لیں اور اس میں آلو ڈال کر اُبالیں ۔ ۔اب ان کو چھیل کر انکا گُدہ الگ کر کے پیس لیں یہاں تک کہ پانی خشک ہو جائے ۔ ۔اب اس میں مکھن ،نمک،کالی مرچ کُٹی ہوئی ،جیفل کرش کیا ہوا ڈال کر مکس کرلیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں انڈوں کی زردی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں ۔ ۔اب تیار کیے ہوئے مکسچر کے مستطیل نماں پیڑے بنا لیں ۔ ۔اب تیار کیے ہوئے پیڑوں کو سادہ آٹا اور بریڈ کرم لگائیں اورپھر انڈے کی سفیدی میں ڈپ کر لیں ۔ ۔اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل ڈال کر گرم کرلیں اورتیار کیے ہوئے پیڑے اس میں ڈال کر گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کرلیں ۔ ۔آپکے مزیدار پوٹیٹو کنکرٹیزتیار ہیں ۔ پکانے کا وقت: تیس منٹ افراد: تین عدد
