  • 2 Chicken Breast (cut into cubes)
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • ½ Tsp White pepper
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • Ingredients for Chicken coating:
  • ¾ Cup Maida
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1 Tsp
  • 1 Tsp Garlic powder
  • ¼ Tsp Dried Basil leaves
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder

  • Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Mayo Dip:
  • ½ Cup Chili garlic Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Chili Sauce

  • Take a bowl add marinate the chicken by adding Vinegar, White pepper, Salt, Red Chili Powder and rest it for 2-3 hours.

چلی گارلک سوس آدھا کپ
مایونیز 2کھانے کے چمچ

مسٹرڈ پیسٹ آدھا چائے کا چمچ

چکن میرینیٹ کی ترکیب:
ایک بر تن میں چکن، سرکہ، سفید مرچ، نمک، لال مرچ پاؤدڑ ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں اور دو سے تین گھنٹے کے لیے رکھ دیں۔
ایک برتن میں میدہ لیں اس میں بریڈ کرم نمک، سفید مرچ، لہسن پاؤڈر، بیسل، اوریگانو، لال مرچ پاؤڈر ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔
ایک برتن میں انڈا کو اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیں۔
اب چکن کو پہلے انڈا میں ڈپ کر یں پھر بریڈ کرم والے مکسچر میں ڈپ کر لیں۔
اب اس کو گولڈن براؤن ہوئے تک فرائی کر لیں۔
