  • 700 gm Chicken
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 TSP Turmeric
  • 1 TSP Coriander Powder
  • 1 TSP Cumin Powder
  • ½ TSP Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 TBSP Red Chili Powder
  • 3 TSP Cashew Paste
  • 1 Green Capsicum
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 4 TBSP Ginger
  • 5 gm Garam Masala
  • ½ TSP Whole Cumin
  • 1 TSP Kasoori Methi
  • 3 TBSP Milk Cream
  • Preparation:
  • 1. First of all, add chicken in a bowl. Then add cumin powder, Red chili Powder, Salt, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Yogurt, and mix these all ingredients. Now keep this mixture into the fridge for 30 minutes
  • 2. Next, Take a Cooking Pot. Add Kisan Sooper Cooking Oil, Onions, Cumin and let them brown
  • 3. Now add Chopped Garlic, Ginger, Garam Masala, and Tomato and cook it for 5 Minutes. Then add Cashew and cook it for more 2 Minutes

ترکیب
۔ایک باؤل میں چکن لیں اور اس میں زیرہ پاؤڈر ،لال مرچ پاؤڈر ،نمک،ہلدی ،دھنیا پاؤڈر ،کالی مرچ پاؤڈر اور دہی ڈال کر مکس کر لیں اور تیس منٹ تک فریج میں رکھ دیں ۔
۔اب ایک دیگچی لیں اوراس میں کسان سپر کوکنگ آئل ڈال کر اس میں پیاز اور زیرہ ڈال کر براؤن کر لیں ۔
۔ اب اس میں چوپ لہسن ،ادرک ،ثابت گرم مصالحہ اور ٹماٹر ڈال کر پانچ منٹ تک پکائیں اور اس میں کاجو ڈال کر مزید دو منٹ تک پکا لیں ۔
۔اب اس میں تیار کیا ہوا چکن ڈال کر مکس کرلیں اور دس منٹ تک ڈھک کر پکالیں ۔
۔اب ڈھکنا اُتا ر کر اس میں جیم ڈال کر مکس کرلیں ۔
۔اب اس میں شملہ مرچ، پیاز،سبز مرچ اورمیتھی ڈال کر مکس کرلیں ۔
