500 gm Chicken mince (filling)

2 tbsp Green chilli (chopped)

Tomato (chopped) 1

Onion (chopped) 1 cup

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp

Black pepper 1 tsp

Capsicum 1 cup

Cumin seed 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Fresh coriander 1/2 cup

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp

Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp

Mayonnaise 1 cup

Mustered paste 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Mozzarella cheese as required

Cheddar cheese as required

DIRECTIONS

Heat oil in pan then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and sauté for a minute.Add chicken mince, salt, red chili flakes, black pepper and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Then add onion, capsicum, green chilies, mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce and cook for another minute.

In a bowl add flour, salt, oil; add water gradually and knead dough.

Make small balls of dough and roll it out.

Heat a flat pan, place rolled paratha on it, cook from one side and set aside.

Now spread mustard sauce on cooked side, sprinkle cheese and top with cooked filling.

Add olives, bbq sauce, cheese on top and cover with another half cooked paratha.Pour oil on the pan and cooked paratha from both sides properly until it will become golden brown.

Your tasty Paratha Sandwich is ready to serve.

ایک باؤل میں میدہ، نمک، کھانے کا تیل اور تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے پانی ڈال کر نرم ڈو گوندھ لیں۔

اب ڈو کے چھوٹے پیڑے بنا کر بیل لیں۔

پھر ایک توے کو گرم کر کے اس پر پراٹھا ڈالیں اور ایک سائیڈ سے پکا کر سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔

پھر پراٹھے کی پکی ہوئی سائیڈ پر مسٹرڈ سوس پھیلائیں اور پکی ہوئی فلنگ پر چیز چھڑکیں۔پھر اس میں کالا زیتون، باربی کیو سوس ڈالیں اور اس پر چیز چھڑکیں۔اب اس پر دوسرا پراٹھا رکھ کر ڈھک دیں۔

6 .

پھر ایک پین میں آئل ڈالیں اور دونوں سائیڈوں سے پراٹھا اچھی طرح پکا لیں جب تک گولڈن براؤن ہوجائے۔
