- Chicken 1 kg
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Butter 200g or as per required
Make deep cuts on 1 kg chicken.
Now add and mix ginger & garlic paste, yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric, salt.
Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Now melt the butter in a pan and add marinated chicken in it.
Steam it on low flame until golden brown.
Your tasty Pan Roasted Chicken is now ready to serve.
