- Spinach 300g
- Cooking Oil 4 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Coconut Powder 1 tsp
- Green Chili 2 pieces
- Almond, Cashew, Pistachio Paste 2 tbsp
- Cream 3 tsp
- Cheese 2 tbsp
- Butter 1 tsp
- Fenugreek 1- ½ tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
- Water as neededCooking Method:
1- In a cooking pot, add water, spinach and boil it for 5-7 minutes.
2- In a grinder, add boiled spinach and grind it.
3- In cooking pan, add cooking oil, cumin, ginger garlic paste and fry it for a while.
4- Now, add spinach, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, coconut powder, green chili, cream, cheese, butter, fenugreek, paste of almond, cashew, pistachio in it and keep stirring while adding the ingredients.
5- Cook for 5-7 minutes.
