Palak Paneer recipe is a traditional vegan recipe which is a favourite of vegetarians and cheese lovers alike. Palak paneer recipe is prepared in the form of thick curry paste which consists of cheese and pureed spinach. It is one of the dishes that are very popular among the people of the rural areas of Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. It is seasoned with garam masala, garlic, and various other spices that are added to the mix to give the recipe its great taste and flavor. Dhabas and roadside eateries often specialize in recipes like palak paneer because of its delectable taste and nutritional values. Palak paneer is sometimes confused with another spinach based recipe which is known as saag but there are a lot of differences between the two as they have different cooking styles and preparation methods. Ingredients:

- Spinach 300g

- Cooking Oil 4 tbsp

- Cumin 1 tsp

- Salt as per taste

- Cumin Powder 1 tsp

- Coriander Powder 1 tsp

- Coconut Powder 1 tsp

- Green Chili 2 pieces

- Almond, Cashew, Pistachio Paste 2 tbsp

- Cream 3 tsp

- Cheese 2 tbsp

- Butter 1 tsp

- Fenugreek 1- ½ tbsp

- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp

- Water as needed

Cooking Method:

1- In a cooking pot, add water, spinach and boil it for 5-7 minutes.

2- In a grinder, add boiled spinach and grind it.

3- In cooking pan, add cooking oil, cumin, ginger garlic paste and fry it for a while.

4- Now, add spinach, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, coconut powder, green chili, cream, cheese, butter, fenugreek, paste of almond, cashew, pistachio in it and keep stirring while adding the ingredients.

5- Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Your tasty Palak Paneer now ready to serve.

۔دھنیا پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ
۔کوکو نٹ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ
۔ہری مرچ کَٹی ہوئی دو عدد
۔بادام،کاجو ،پستہ کا پیسٹ دوکھانے کے چمچ
۔کریم تین چائے کے چمچ
۔پنیر دو کھانے کے چمچ
۔مکھن ایک چائے کا چمچ
۔میتھی ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
۔ ادرک لہسن پیسٹ دو چائے کاچمچ
۔پانی حسبِ ضرورت

۔ایک برتن میں پانی لیں اور اس میں پالک ڈال کر پانچ سے سات منٹ تک اُبال لیں۔اب اُبلی ہوئی پالک کو بلینڈر میں ڈال کر پیس لیں۔
۔ اب ایک کڑاہی میں کھانے کا تیل ،زیرہ، ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ڈال کرہلکا سا پکا لیں۔
۔اب اس میں پالک ، نمک ،زیرہ پاؤڈر ،دھنیا پاؤڈر ،کوکونٹ پاؤڈر،ہری مرچ ،کریم،پنیر،مکھن ، میتھی اور بادام،کاجو،پستہ کا پیسٹ ڈالیں اور ساتھ ساتھ اس میں چمچہ ہلاتے رہیں اور اب اسے پانچ سے سات منٹ تک پکا لیں۔
