1 cup Macaroni

1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Salt to taste

1 tsp Black pepper powder

1/2 tsp White pepper powder

10 Bread slices

2 Eggs

1 tbsp Onion (chopped)

1 tsp Garlic (chopped)

2 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp All-purpose flour

1 & 1/2 cup Milk

Oil for frying

Bread crumbs as required

In a pan of slightly salty water, add oil and boil macaroni for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.

Heat butter in a pan, add garlic, onion and sauté for a minute. Add flour and cook for a minute then add milk and whisk it.

Bring it to boil then add, salt, black pepper, white pepper, cheese and cook on medium low flame until thicken. Then add boiled macaroni and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and let it cool down.

Take bread slice, cut edges and roll it out.

Add filling on one side, brush the sides with egg and roll it out.

Dip bread roll in egg, then coat in bread crumbs.

Deep fry bread roll in oil until light golden brown.
