Ingredients:
500 gm Rice
1 TSP Mustard seeds
10 Split chickpeas
10 gm Dal Maash
20 gm Peanuts
10 gm Cashew
3 green Chilies
1 TSP Ginger Paste
1 & ½ TSP Lemon Juice
Salt (As Needed)
1 TSP Turmeric
1 & ½ TSP White Pepper powder
10 gm Green Coriander
1 TBSP Vinegar
Cooking Method:
1. Boil water in a pan, add vinegar, salt, cooking oil, and boil it for 10 minutes
2. In a pan add cooking oil, mustard seeds, split chickpeas, Peanuts, Cashew, Green Chili, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Salt, White pepper powder, Turmeric, Dal Mash and cook it for 2 Minutes
3. Now add boiled rice and cook it for 2 Minutes
4. Your tasty lemon rice are ready type serve

اجزاء چاول 500گرام رائی دانہ 1چائے کا چمچ چنا دال 10گرام دال ماش 10 گرام مونگ پھلی 20گرام کاجو 10گرام سبز مرچ 3عدد ادرک پیسٹ 1چائے کا چمچ لیموں کا رس 1-1/2چائے کاچمچ نمک حسبِ ذائقہ ہلدی 1چائے کا چمچ سفیدمرچ پاؤڈر 1/2چائے کا چمچ سبز دھنیا 10گرام سرکہ 1کھانے کا چمچ ترکیب ۔ایک پین میں پانی لے کر اُبال لیں اور اس میں سرکہ ،نمک اور کھانے کا تیل ڈال کر دس منٹ تک اُبال لیں ۔ ۔اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اوراس میں رائی دانہ ،دال چنا د۱ل ماش ،مونگ پھلی ،کاجو ،سبز مر چ،ادرک ،لیموں کا رس ،نمک،سفید مرچ پاؤڈراور ہلدی ڈال کر دو منٹ تک پکالیں ۔ ۔اب اُبلے ہوئے چاول اس میں ڈال کر دو منٹ تک پکالیں ۔ ۔آپکے مزیدار لیمن رائس تیار ہیں ۔ پکا نے کا وقت: تیس منٹ افراد: تین عدد
