Direction for vanilla custard:
Ingredients for vanilla custard
4 cups Milk
3 tbsp Sugar
¾ cup Condensed milk
6 Tbsp Vanilla custard (mixed with milk)
Ingredients Apricot (Khobani) Mixture
½ KG Dried Apricot (Soaked overnight)
½ cup sugar
½ cup whipping cream
In a cooking pan add milk, sugar and cook for a while
Now add condensed milk vanilla custard and keep stirring until custard thick
Direction for Khobani Mixture
In a cooking pan add Soaked apricot, sugar and cook for 10-12 minutes
After that blend well
Whisk the Whipping cream until soft peak are formed.
In a bowl place the layers of apricot mixture and Custard and used whipping cream and apricot seeds.
Now refrigerate and serve.
