2 cup Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
1 Onion (chopped)
2-3 Green chilies
2-3 tbsp Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin
Salt to taste
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 & 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Mango powder
1/4 tsp Asafetida
1 tbsp Oil
Kachori Dough Ingredients:
2 cup All purpose flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Carom seeds
2 tbsp Oil
Water as required

Directions of kachori dough:
In a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, carom seeds and mix it well.
Gradually add water and knead a medium soft dough.
Rest it for 30 minutes. Directions of aloo kachori:
In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing and saute it for a minute.
Add boiled and mashed potatoes, green chilies and cook for 2 minutes.
Add onion, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, mango powder and cook for 2 minutes.
Add coriander leaves and mix it well.
Stuffing is ready, let it cool.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Roll out the dough, fill the stuffing and seal it like a ball again.
Gently roll out the kachori and deep fry in hot oil.
Fry on medium flame until golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup and chili garlic sauce.
