How to make Keema Lobia

Ingredients for Qeema Lobiya:
  • ½ Cup Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • ½ KG Minced Mutton
  • 2 Tomatoes (Medium sized & chopped)
  • 1 cup Fried Onions
  • Salt (As needed)
  • 2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp coriander Powder
  • 1 Cup water
  • 150 gm (White Beans (Boiled)
  • 1 Cup yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
  • Directions for Qeema Lobiya:
  • 1. Add cooking oil in a pan
  • 2. Then add ginger garlic paste, fry it lightly
  • 3. Add minced mutton, tomatoes, fried onions, salt, red chili powder, cumin, turmeric powder, Garam Masala, coriander powder, water & cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame
  • 4. Then add white beans (Boiled), Garam Masala, & cook for some seconds
  • 5. Complete Garnishing with the help of lemon slices & green chilies
  • 6. Serve with Chapati & Raita

قیمہ لوبیا بنانے کے اجزاء
کھانے کا تیل آدھا کپ
ادرک لہسن پیسٹ 1کھانے کا چمچ
مٹن قیمہ آدھا کلو
لوبیا کی دال 150گرام
ٹماٹر(چوپ) 2عدد
فرائی کی ہوئی پیاز 1 کپ
نمک حسبِِ ذائقہ
لال مرچ پاؤڈر 2 کھانے کے چمچ
زیرہ 1 چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی آدھا چائے کا چمچ
گرم مصالحہ 1کھانے کا چمچ
دھنیا پاؤڈر 1چائے کا چمچ
پانی 1کپ
دہی 1 کپ
گرم مصالحہ 1کھانے کا چمچ

قیمہ لوبیا بنانے کی ترکیب
ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اس میں ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ڈال کر ہلکا سا پکا لیں۔
اب اس میں قیمہ، ٹماٹر، فرائی کی ہوئی پیاز، نمک، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، زیرہ، ہلدی، گرم مصالحہ، دھنیا پاؤڈر، پانی ڈال کر بیس سے پچیس منٹ تک درمیانی آنچ پر پکا لیں۔
اب اس میں لوبیا اور گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر تھوڑی دیر کے لیے پکا لیں۔
اب اس پر لیموں کے سلائس، ہری مرچ کی گارنش کر لیں۔
چپاتی اور رائیتہ کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
