  • Ingredients:
  • 700g Beef Mince
  • ½ cup Coriander
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin
  • 1 tsp Roasted whole Coriander
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Papaya powder
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 3 tbsp Chickpea powder
  • 2-3 Green chili
  • Directions:
  • In a chopper add beef mince, salt, red chili flakes, roasted cumin, roasted whole coriander, papaya powder, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, oil and blend well.
  • Now in bowl add blended mixture, onion, garlic/ginger paste, green chili, roasted chickpea powder, coriander, mix well and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Apply oil or water on hands, take a hand full of mixture. Make thin and slightly bigger shaped kebab from the actual size you want. (Kebab will shrink).
  • Then in a frying pan add oil and fry Kebab until brown. (Use less oil to avoid shrinkage of Kebab).
  • Serve with raita.
