Ingredients for Besan K Ladu:
6 TBSP Desi Ghee
1 Cup Sugar Powder
1 & ½ Cup Gram flour
20 gm Almonds
20 gm Cashew
20 Pistachios
1 TSP Cardamom Powder

Instructions for Besan K Ladu:
1. First of all, add Desi Ghee in a pan. Let it some warm and then add Gram Flour
2. Now Cook it well until it produced fragrance
3. Then squeeze this mixture and let it cool
4. After this, add this prepared mixture into the pan, & mix it by adding Sugar Powder
5. Next, add Almonds, Cashew, Cardamom Powder, and mix these all. Now add some Desi Ghee so that the Gram Flour became some Shiny
6. Now it’s time to make round Laddu from this mixture
7. Your Yummy Besan k Laddu are ready to serve

بیسن کے لڈو اجزاء
دیسی گھی 6کھانے کے چمچ
چینی پاؤڈر 1کپ
بیسن 1-1/2کپ
بادام 20گرام
کاجو 20 گرام
پستہ 20 گرام

بیسن کے لڈو ترکیب
۔ایک پین میں دیسی گھی لیں اورگرم کر کے اس میں بیسن ڈال دیں ۔
۔اب اسے اچھی طرح پکالیں یہاں تک کہ خشبو آنے لگ جائے ۔
۔اب اسے اچھی طرح نچو ڑ کر ٹھنڈا کر لیں ۔
۔ اب ایک پین میں تیار شدہ مکسچر لیں اور اس میں چینی پاؤڈر ڈال کر مکس کر لیں ۔
۔اب اس میں بادام ،کاجو ،پستہ اور اِلائچی پاؤڈر ڈا ل کر مکس کرلیں اور تھوڑا سا دیسی گھی ڈال دیں تا کہ بیسن چمکدار ہو جائے ۔
۔اب اس تیار شدہ مکسچر کے گول گول لڈو بنا لیں ۔
آپکے مزیدار بیسن کے لڈو تیار ہیں ۔
