- Cheddar cheese (grating) 250 g
- Chop mint 1 tbsp
- Chile sauce 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Green coriander 1 tbsp
- White pepper powder 1 tsp
- Green pepper (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Oil (as required)
- Rice (boiled)
- Bread crumb
- Egg
In a pot add cheese, mint, chili sauce, cumin powder, white pepper powder, green coriander and green chili and mix it well. After mixing make cheese balls and dip it in egg mixture and then add layer of bread crumb and again dip in egg mixture then add coating of boiled rice and also add one more layer of bread crumb and dip in egg mixture and add final layer of bread crumbs. After this process place the cheese balls in the freezer for 30-35 minutes and let them freeze. Then in a pan add oil and deep fry the cheese balls till they get golden brown. Tasty cheese balls are ready.
