Ingredients:
150g pasta
200g K&N’s Haray Bharay Nuggets
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup cucumber, diced or chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup Black olives, sliced
1 cup cherry tomato, diced
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
Dressing :
6 tbsp olive oil.
2 tbsp vinegar.
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
2 garlic cloves, chopped.
1 tsp dried basil, crumbled.
1/4 tsp dried crushed red pepper.
Pinch of dried oregano.
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Black pepper

Direction :
1- Prepare the K&N’s Haray Bharay Nuggets as per the instructions on the pack and slice them.
2- To prepare the dressing, combine all ingredients in small bowl and whisk to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3- Cook pasta according to package direction; drain, rinse, and pour in a large bowl.
4- Place cheddar cheese, onion, cucumber, olives and tomato directly over pasta; stir carefully to combine.
5- Pour dressing into the bowl; mix well. Now add K&N’s Haray Bharay Nuggets and mix gently.
6- Add more Italian dressing before serving. Top with parmesan cheese, stir, and serve.
