Beef Steak with Lemon

Ingredients: 300 Beef under Cut
3 Potatoes
1 Carrot
50 gm Cauliflower
10 gm Beans
10 gm Sweet Corn
10 gm Black Olive
10 gm Baby Corn
1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
1 TSP White Pepper Powder
Salt (As Needed)
1 TSP Mustard Paste
1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 TSP Thyme
2 TBSP Cooking Oil
1 TBSP Oregano
50 gm Butter
1 TBSP Maida
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 TSP Yellow food color
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 TBSP Honey

Cooking Method: 1. First of all cut the beef in long slices 2. Next, in a bowl add beef slices, Salt, Black Pepper powder, Mustard Paste, Worcestershire Sauce, Thyme and mix these all ingredients. Keep this mixture into the fridge for 30 Minutes 3. Now it’s time for grilling. Take a grill apply cooking oil at the grill. Let it some hot 4. Keep the marinated beef steak at the grill. Cook it for 15 Minutes then take it off from the grill 5. Now take a pan. Add Butter; let it warm for a while. After this add boiled mixed vegetables, Salt, White Pepper Powder, Oregano, Salt, baby corn, sweet corn and cook it for 2 Minutes 6. Garnish it with black olives. Your Tasty Beef Steaks with Honey & Lemon are ready to serve Cooking Time: 30 Minutes Serve: 2 People
Lemon & Honey Sauce
1. Add butter and Maida in a pan, let them brown
2. Then add water, White Pepper Powder (1 TSP), Salt, Chicken Powder, Yellow Color and cook it for 2 Minutes
3. Next, Add Lemon Juice, Honey and stir it for a while
4. Lemon & Honey Sauce is ready

Beef Lasagna Recipe:

Ingredients for Mince Filling:
4 tbsp Rafhan corn oil
1 tsp garlic (chopped)
1 large sized onion (chopped)
1 kg beef mince
Salt (As needed)
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
4 medium tomatoes ( for tomato puree)
4 tbsp tomato paste
Fresh coriander (As needed)
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil leaves (As needed)

Ingredients for Lasagna Sheets:
Water (As needed)
2 tbsp Rafhan Corn oil
Salt (As needed)
12 lasagna sheets

Ingredients for white sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Maida
1 cup milk
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt/according to taste

Ingredients for Assembling:
3/4 cup pasta sauce
Boiled Lasagna sheets
Mince Filling (Already prepared)
White sauce (Already prepared)
2 cups cheddar & mozzarella cheese
2 cups Parmesan cheese
2-3 black olives
Bell peppers (As needed)

Directions for Mince Filling:
1. Take a cooking, pan, then add rafhan corn oil, garlic, onion, beef mince, salt, red chili powder, fennel seeds, garlic powder, black peppers, red chili flakes, tomato puree, tomato paste, green coriander, oregano, basil leaves (crushed)
2. Cook it for 18-20 minutes, Mince filling is ready
Directions for Boiling Lasagna Sheets: 1. Add water in a cooking pan
2. Then add Rafhan corn oil, salt, lasagna sheets and boil
3. Boiled Lasagna sheets are ready
Directions for white sauce: 1. Add butter and Maids in a cooking pan
2. Cook for a while then add milk, black pepper powder, salt
3. Cook it well
4. White sauce is ready

Directions for Assembling:
1. Take a square shape bowl
2. Apply pasta sauce with the help of a brush
3. Put boiled lasagna sheets inside this bowl
4. Apply pasta sauce on these boiled lasagna sheets
5. Spread the mince filling & pour the white sauce on this mince filling
6. Spread cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese
7. Cover it with boiled pasta sheets and repeat the process by adding mince filling, white sauce, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese.
8. Spread some black olives & Bell peppers as for completing decoration
9. Beef lasagna is ready
10. Now bake 10-12 minutes at 190°C

Seekh Kabab (Bakra Eid Special) Recipe:

Ingredients 700g Beef Qeema
1/2cup Coriander
3-4 Green chilies
1 tsp Fried coriander
3 tbsp coconut powder
2 tsp Fried Cumin
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp Chickpea powder
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
2 tsp Red chili powder
3-4 tbsp fried onion
1/2tsp Turmeric
1/2tsp Chaat masala
1/2tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Papaya powder

- Mix all the ingredients in a chopper and chop it very well. Keep it in a fridge for 15-20 minutes.
- Bub water on your hands take a hand full ball of Qeema mixture and shape the Kebab on a skewer.
- Apply oil on a grill.
- Place the skewer on the grill and cook the kebab until tenders.
- Serve with vegetables and raita.

Beef Korma Recipe:

Ingredients for onion Paste:
1 & 1/2 cup Fried onion
1/2 cup Yogurt
3 Green cardamom
1/2 cup water
1kg Beef
¾ cup Oil
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Whole spice
1 cup Yogurt
Water as required
Salt to taste
2 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tbsp Ginger to garnish
1 tbsp Coriander to garnish

- In a blender add yogurt, green cardamom, fried onion and water. Mix it well.
- Now heat the oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, sauté it, add whole spice & beef, mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, add water, cover it with lid and let it cook until beef tenders 90%. (Add water if required).
- Add yogurt, salt, red chili powder & coriander powder, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add onion paste mix it well, cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Cover the lid with & cook for 5 minutes on medium low flame.
- Sprinkle ginger and coriander and serve with Naan.

Ingredients for beef steak:
500g Steak
Salt 1/2 tsp
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
Ingredients for Black pepper Sauce
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp Black pepper (crushed)
3 tbsp Demi-glace powder
1 cup Water
2 tbsp Cream
Ingredients for Sauté Vegetables
1 tsp Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
¼ cup Zucchini (sliced)
Cherry Tomatoes 1/4 Cup
¼ cup Broccoli
¼ cup Carrots (sliced)
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
Ingredients for Mesh Potatoes
2 small Potatoes (boiled & meshed)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Butter Melted
Direction for Beef Steak:
In a bowl, add Beef Steak, salt, black pepper, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Garlic and marinate for 30 Mins.
After marinate put it on grill pan and cook for medium rare or grill 4-5 mins each side.
Direction for Vegetable Saute:
In a cooking pan, add olive oil, garlic, Zucchini, tomatoes, Broccoli, carrot and sauté for a minute.
Now add salt, black pepper and cook for a while.
Direction for Meshed Potatoes:
In a bowl, add potatoes, butter, black pepper, salt and mix well.
Direction for Black Pepper Sauce:
In a Cooking Pan, add butter, onion and cook it for a while
Now, add black pepper and cook it for a minute.
Now, add water, demi-glace powder and cook until it becomes thick.
Now, add cream and mix it well.
Now serve Beef Steak with Sauté vegetables, meshed Potatoes and black pepper sauce.

Beef Pasanday:

700g Beef Boneless
1-1/2tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
As per taste Salt
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsp Poppy Powder
2 tbsp Roasted Gram Powder
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 cup Yogurt
Half cup Cooking Oil
2 Onion
2 tbsp Whole Garam Masala
4 Whole Red Chili
5g Ginger
5g Green Coriander
5g Green Chili
5g Mint
Cooking Method
1- Hit beef with hammer
2- In a bowl, add beef, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice, turmeric, poppy powder, roasted gram powder, ginger garlic paste, yogurt and mix them well, then keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours
3- In a pan, add cooking oil, onion and fry until light brown
4- Now, add whole garam masala, whole red chili, marinated beef and cook for a while, then simmer for 30-35 minutes
5- Now, add ginger, green chili and cook for 5-7 minutes
6- Now, use green coriander, mint for garnishing
Your tasty Beef Pasandy now ready to serve

Stir Fried Beef:

- Beef Boneless (slice cutting) 500g
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp
- Hot Water half cup
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
- Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Green Onion (slice cutting) 5 g
- Red Capsicum 10 g
- Yellow Capsicum 10 g
- Green Capsicum 10 g
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Parsley (Chopped) 5 g
Cooking Method
1- In a cooking pan, add olive oil, garlic, beef, water and cook until tender.
2- Now, add salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, chili sauce, oyster sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3- Now, add green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, oregano, parsley, green onion and cook for a while.
4- Serve with boiled rice.
Your tasty Stir Fried Beef now ready to serve.
