2 cup Macaroni

1 cup Carrot (chopped)

1 cup Capsicum (chopped)

1 cup Peas

1 cup Potatoes (diced)

1 tbsp Red chili flakes

1 tsp Black pepper powder

2 tbsp Soy sauce

3 tbsp Chili sauce

3 tbsp Oyster sauce

Salt to taste

Green onion (for garnish)

10-12 Kashmiri chilies

1 tbsp Red chili flakes

3 cloves Garlic

2-3 tbsp Green coriander

1 tbsp Mustrad paste

1 cup Vinegar

1/4 cup Oil

1/2 tsp Citric acid

Salt to taste

1/2 kg Chicken cubes

1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

Salt to taste

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp Oil

In a bowl mix chicken, black pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce and oil.

Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken in it for 6 to 8 minutes or until its fully cooked.

Soak Kashmiri chilies then boil it in vinegar for one minute.

In a blender, add red chili flakes, garlic, coriander, mustard paste, vinegar, olive oil, citric acid, lemon juice and socked Kashmiri chilies.Blend all the ingredients well and make a smooth paste.Your peri peri sauce is ready you can store it for up to 2-3 week.

Heat water in a pan, add oil, pinch of salt, macaroni and boil until fully cooked.

Take a wok, heat oil and add potatoes in it. Cook for 5 minutes on medium low flame. Then add peas in the same wok and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.

Then add carrots, capsicum, soy sauce, chilli sauce, oyster sauce and salt. Toss all these ingredients on high flame and then add cooked chicken chunks lastly add boiled macaroni. Give it a good toss, sprinkle green onion on top and drizzle peri peri sauce.

اب ایک بلینڈر کٹی لا ل مرچیں، لہسن، دھنیا، مسٹرڈ پیسٹ، سرکہ، زیتون کا تیل، سٹرک ایسڈ، لیموں کا رس اور بھگوئی ہوئی کشمیری مرچیں ڈال کر اچھی طرح بلینڈ کر لیں، سوس تیار ہے۔

ایک پین میں پانی گرم کرکے اس میں کھانے کا تیل، نمک کی چٹکی اور میکرونی ڈال کر اچھی طرح پکنے تک پکائیں۔

اب ایک برتن میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کر کے اس میں آلو ڈال کر درمیانی ہلکی آنچ پر پانچ منٹ پکائیں۔پھر اسی برتن میں مٹر ڈال کر چھ سے آٹھ منٹ تک پکائیں۔

7 .

اب اس میں گاجریں، شملا مرچ، سویا سوس، چِلی سوس،اوسٹرسوس اور نمک ڈال کر تما م اجزا تیز آنچ پر بھون لیں۔پھر اس میں پکا ہوا چکن ڈالیں اور آخر میں ابلی ہوئی میکرونی ڈال کر پکائیں۔اب اس پر سبز دھنیا چھڑک کر سوس ڈال دیں۔
