1/2 kg Potatoes

4 Capsicum (green)

1 cup Tomato (chopped)

1 cup Onion (chopped)

1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

2 tbsp Green chilies

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Coriander powder

1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

1/2 tsp Red chili powder

Salt to taste

Green coriander (for garnish)

Peel off the tomatoes and cut into medium cubes and keep aside.

Now cut the capsicum into cubes and keep it aside.

In a pan heat oil, add onion and cook until translucent. Then add ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add turmeric, green chilies, potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

Add water and cover it for 7 to 8 minutes on medium low flame or until half done.

Then add capsicum, coriander powder and cook for 5 minutes on high flame. Then add tomatoes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame.

پھر اس میں پانی ڈالیں او ر درمیانی ہلکی آنچ پر ڈھکن سے ڈھانپ کر سات سے آٹھ منٹ پکائیں۔

اب اس میں شملا مرچ اور دھنیاپاؤڈر ڈال کر تیز آنچ پر پانچ منٹ پکائیں۔پھر اس میں ٹماٹر ڈال کر تین سے چار منٹ پکائیں۔

دھنیے سے گارنش کریں ، مزیدار آلو شملا تیار ہے۔
