Ingredients:

- 500g Chicken (cube cutting)

- 1 cup Water

- As per taste Salt

- 1-1/2 tbsp Red Chili Crushed

- 1 tsp Turmeric

- ½ cup Vinegar

- 1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1 tsp Ginger Powder

- 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder

- 1 tbsp White Chili Powder

- 1-1/2 tbsp Chili Sauce

- 1-1/2 cup Maida

- 3 tbsp Corn Floor

- 3 tbsp Rice Flour

- Half cup Milk

- 3 eggs

Cooking Method:

1- In a bowl, add chicken, water, salt, red chili crushed, turmeric, vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper powder (1 tsp), white chili powder (1 tsp), chili sauce, maida (1 cup) and mix it.

2- Now, in a bowl, add maida (half cup), salt, black pepper powder (1 tsp), white chili powder (1 tsp) and mix it.

3- In a pan, add milk and egg and mix it well.

4- Now, dip first the chicken mixture into egg mixture, then dip it into maida mixture. Repeat this procedure twice.

5- Deep fry them until golden brown

۔ایک باؤل میں چکن کیوب لیں اور اس میں پانی ،نمک،لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی ،ہلدی ،سرکہ ،لہسن پاؤڈر ،ادرک پاؤڈر ،کالی مرچ پاؤڈر(ایک چائے کاچمچ) ،سفید مرچ پاؤڈر(ایک چائے کاچمچ) ،چلی سوس اور میدہ(ایک کپ ) ڈال کر ملالیں ۔
۔اب ایک باؤل میں میدہ (آدھا کپ )لیں اور اس میں نمک ،کالی مرچ پاؤڈر(ایک چائے کاچمچ) ،سفید مرچ پاؤدڑ(ایک چائے کاچمچ) ڈا ل کر مکس کر لیں ۔
۔اب ایک برتن میں دودھ اور انڈے ڈا ل کر پھینٹ لیں ۔
۔اب تیار کیا ہوا چکن لے کر انڈے میں ڈپ کر یں اور پھر تیار شدہ میدے میں ڈپ کر کے اس عمل کو دہرا کر گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں ۔
