Make Chicken Yakhni (Chicken Stock) by adding water, Chicken’s bones, Chicken boneless, Carrots, Onion and Garlic in a cooking pot.
Boil only Chicken boneless or with Chicken’s bones.
Make chicken boneless into small pieces.
Add Chicken Yakhni, small pieces of chicken, carrots, cabbage, table salt, Chinese salt, soy sauce, chili sauce and vinegar in a pan and boil it for 2-3 minutes.
Add and Mix eggs, Scallion, Corn flour Mixed in one cup of water.
Now Hot & Sour Soup is ready to serve.
