Hash Browns Crust Breakfast Pizza: Lets try Pizza in Breakfast now. Crusty yet healthy pizza for Breakfast. Add a little zest of K&N's Bologna and have complete meal for a perfect day.

6 K&N's Bologna Slices
4 Potatoes
2 tbsp Butter
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 cup Mozzarella/Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 cup Bell peppers (green, yellow & red)
1 pinch Oregano

1. In a bowl grate potato. Put shredded potatoes in piece of cloth and strain as much water as you can.
2. Set aside for 15 to 20 minutes. Pre-heat your oven.
3. In a pan heat oil add shredded potatoes and cook for 2-5 minutes on low medium flame.
4. In a separate bowl add salt, onion powder, black pepper, red chili flakes, garlic powder, cheese, flour in potatoes and mix well
5. Pour mixture onto baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
6. Prepare the K&N's Bologna Slices as per the instructions on pack.
7. Remove crust from oven and top with K&N's Bologna slices, cheese, eggs, and veggies.
8. Return to bake for 5-6 minutes or until eggs are done to desired consistency.
9. Cool it for 5 minutes, sprinkle oregano on top, slice and serve hot.
