How to make Hakka Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

- Noodles 250 g

- Cooking Oil 1 tbsp

- Salt as per taste

- Sesame Oil 2 tbsp

- Garlic Paste 1 tsp

- Green Capsicum (julienne cutting) half

- Red Capsicum (julienne cutting) half

- Yellow Capsicum (julienne cutting) half

- Green Beans 10 g

- Carrots (julienne cutting) 1 piece

- Onion half

- Green Chili (chopped) 2 pieces

- Green Chili Sauce 1 ½ tbsp

- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

- Vinegar 1 tbsp

- Green Onion 5 g

Cooking Method

1- In a cooking pot, add water, noodles, cooking oil, salt and boil it.

2- In a cooking pan, add sesame oil, garlic paste and saute it.

3- Now, add green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green beans, carrots, onion, green chili and cook for a while.

4- After that, add boiled noodles, salt, green chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Your tasty Hakka Noodles now ready to serve.

۔ گرین چلی سوس ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
۔ سویا سوس ایک کھانے کا چمچ
۔ سرکہ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
۔ ہرا پیاز 5 گرام
ترکیب
۔ ایک برتن میں پانی ڈالیں اور اس میں کھانے کا تیل، نمک، نوڈلز ڈال کر اُبال لیں۔
۔ اب ایک پین میں تیلوں کا تیل، لہسن کا پیسٹ ڈال کر ہلکا سا پکا لیں۔
۔ اب اس میں سبز شملہ مرچ، لال شملہ مرچ، پیلی شملہ مرچ، پھلیاں، گاجر، پیازاور ہری مرچ ڈال کر ہلکا سا پکا لیں۔
۔ اب اس میں اُبلے ہوئےنوڈلز،نمک، گرین چلی سوس، سویا سوس، سرکہ، سبز شملہ مرچ، لال شملہ مرچ اور پیلی شملہ مرچ ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ پکا لیں۔
