How to Make Galouti Kebab

Ingredients:
½ KG Beef Mince
2 Onions Fried
2 tbsp Caper Powder
3 Green Chili (Chopped)
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
As per taste Salt
a small piece Mace Powder
1 Black Cardamom Seeds
1 Cinnamon
8-10 Black pepper
0ne pinch Nutmeg
4 Cloves
6 Garlic Cloves
a small piece Ginger (Chopped)
4 tbsp Green Coriander (Chopped)
3 tbsp Roasted Chickpea
1 Egg
Cooking Oil for frying

Preparation:
1. First of all, Grind Fried onions, caper powder, Green Chili, Red Chili Powder, Poppy Seeds, Salt, Mace, Black Cardamom seeds, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Cloves, Garlic, & Ginger
2. Add Beef Mince in a Grinder, also add Green Coriander, Roasted Chickpea, Egg, Prepared Mixture (Which we have prepared above). Then Grind well
3. Apply Cooking Oil at your hands. Then prepare average sized kebabs from the grinded mixture. And refrigerate them for 30 Minutes
4. Then Shallow fry these kebabs until they fully cooked
5. Your tasty kebabs are ready to serve
6. Serve with Salad or Raita

اجزاء بیف قیمہ آدھا کلو فرائی کیے ہوئے پیاز دو عدد کیپر پاؤڈر دو کھانے کے چمچ سبز مرچ تین لال مرچ پاؤڈر ۱ یک چائے کا چمچ خشخاش ایک کھانے کا چمچ نمک حسبِ ضرورت جاوتری پاؤڈر ایک چھوٹا ٹکڑا بڑی الا یچی کے دانے ایک ایلایچی دار چینی ۱یک ٹکڑا کالی مرچ آٹھ سے دس جائفل ایک چٹکی لونگ چار لہسن چھ جوئے ادرک ایک ٹکڑا ہرا دھنیا چار کھانے کے چمچ بھُنے ہوئے چنے(پاؤڈر) تین کھانے کے چمچ انڈا ایک کھانے کا تیل حسبِ ضرورت ترکیب ایک گرائینڈر میں فرائی کی ہوئی پیاز، کیپر پاؤڈرم، سبز مرچ، لال مرچ،خشخاش ، نمک، جائفل، جاوتری، بڑی یلایچی کے دانے، کالی مرچ، لونگ، ادرک، لہسن ڈال کر اچھی طرح گرائینڈ کرکے نکال لیں۔ اب گرائینڈر میں قیمہ ہرا دھنیا، انڈا، بھُونے ہوئے چنے اور گرائینڈ کیا ہوا مکسچر ڈال کر اچھی طرح گرائینڈ کر لیں۔ اب ہاتھوں پر ہلکا سا کھانے کا تیل لگا کر ان کے کباب بنا لیں اور آدھا گھنٹہ کے لیے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔ اب ان کو کھانے کے تیل میں پک جانے تک شیلو فرائی کر لیں ۔ پکانے کا وقت: چالیس منٹ افراد: تین
