Ingredients for Gajar Ka Halwa:
3 kg carrots
2 tbsp cooking oil
300 gm sugar
Half tsp Cardamom
50 Mile liter Milk
250 gm Khoya
Instructions for Gajar Ka Halwa:
1. Peel and grate the carrots, take a pan and add these carrots and cook them, let the water dry
2. Now add cooking oil and stir it
3. Now add sugar, cardamom powder, milk and continue stirring and simmer it for 4-5 minutes
4. Now add khoya and stir it well
5. Your Yummy Gajar ka Halwa is ready to serve
