500 gm Daal Mash
3 tbsp Desi Ghee
1 tsp Cumin
2 Green Chilies
1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
Salt (As Needed)
1 tsp Red Chili Crushed
1 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
6 Whole Red Chilies
5 gm Butter
Ginger, Green Chili, Green Coriander (For Garnish)
1/2 Cup Hot Water
1- In a cooking pot, add Water, turmeric, salt and Daal Mash, then boil.
2- In a cooking pot, add Desi Ghee, onion, cumin, green chili and fry until light brown.
Now add, ginger & garlic paste and fry until light brown.
3- Afterward, add tomato, salt, red chili crushed, black pepper crushed, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, hot water and cook it for 3-7 minutes.
4- Now add boiled Daal Mash, whole red chili, ginger, green coriander, green chili, butter and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
Your tasty Fried Daal Mash is ready to serve.
