  • 500 gm Daal Mash
  • 3 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • Half Onion
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Crushed
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 6 Whole Red Chilies
  • 5 gm Butter
  • Ginger, Green Chili, Green Coriander (For Garnish)
  • 1/2 Cup Hot Water
  • Preparation:
  • 1- In a cooking pot, add Water, turmeric, salt and Daal Mash, then boil.
  • 2- In a cooking pot, add Desi Ghee, onion, cumin, green chili and fry until light brown.
  • Now add, ginger & garlic paste and fry until light brown.
  • 3- Afterward, add tomato, salt, red chili crushed, black pepper crushed, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, hot water and cook it for 3-7 minutes.
  • 4- Now add boiled Daal Mash, whole red chili, ginger, green coriander, green chili, butter and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
  • Your tasty Fried Daal Mash is ready to serve.

    آدھا کپ گرم پانی

ترکیب
ایک برتن میں پانی، دال ماش،ہلدی اور نمک ڈال کر اُبال لیں۔
ایک برتن میں دیسی گھی ڈالیں اور اس میں پیاز، ثابت زیرہ، اور ہری مرچ ڈال کر لائٹ براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں۔
اب اس میں ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ڈال کر لا ئٹ براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کریں اور اس میں ٹماٹر، نمک، لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی، کالی مرچ کُٹی ہوئی، دھنیا پاؤڈر، زیرہ پاؤڈر، ہلد ی اور آدھا کپ گرم پانی ڈال کر پانچ سے سات منٹ کے لیے بھونائی کر لیں۔
اب اس میں اُبلی ہوئی دال ماش،ثابت لال مرچ، مکھن اور گارنش کے طور پر ادرک، ہرا دھنیا، ہری مرگ ڈال کر 7-3 منٹ بھونائی کر لیں۔آپکی مزے دار فرائیڈ دال ماش تیار ہے۔
