Fish finger or fish sticks are usually prepared using meat from whitefish species like cod, haddock, and Pollock. In Pakistan, they are made with meat from a fish known as the Pegasus fish, locally called pangash fish. Fish fingers can be prepared by breading (covering with bread crumbs) or battering. Ingredients:
500 gm Fish
Salt (As Needed)
1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
1 TSP Paprika Powder
1 TSP Cumin Powder
2 TBSP Lemons Juice
1 & ½ TBSP Corn Flour
2 & ½ TBSP Maida
1 Egg
Aliz Pomace Olive Oil (As Needed For Frying)
Preparation:
1. First of all, Add fish in a bowl. Also add Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Paprika Powder, Cumin Powder, Lemon Juice, Corn Flour, Maida, Egg, mix them well and keep this marinated fish aside for 30 Minutes
2. Next, add Aliz Pomace Olive Oil in a pan. Let it some warm.
3. Apply Bread Crumbs at fish slices and put these in Oil. Now fry these Pieces until they changed into golden brown
4. Tasty Finger Fish is ready to Serve
