Ingredients

- 300g Boiled Chickpeas

- 5g Green Coriander

- 5g Parsley

- 1 tbsp Garlic

- 1 tbsp Green Chili

- 3 tbsp Maida

- 1 tsp Cumin Powder

- 1 tsp Coriander Crushed

- ½ tsp Baking Powder

- As per taste Salt

- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

- As needed Cooking Oil

Cooking Method

1- Grind the boiled chickpeas

2- Now, grind green coriander, parsley, garlic, green chili, grinded chickpeas (4 tbsp). Now the mixture is ready

3- In a bowl, remaining grinded chickpeas, prepared mixture, maida, cumin powder, coriander crushed, baking powder, salt, black pepper powder and mix them then keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

4- Now, make balls from the mixture

5- In a pan, add cooking oil and fry balls until golden brown

Your tasty Falafil now ready to serve

سبز دھنیا پانچ گرام
پارسلے پانچ گرام
لہسن ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سبز مرچ ایک کھانے کاچمچ
میدہ تین کھانے کے چمچ
زیرہ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ
کُٹا ہوا دھنیا ایک چائے کاچمچ
بیکنگ پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کاچمچ
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
کالی مرچ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ
کھانے کا تیل حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب
۔ایک گرائینڈر لیں اور اس میں اُبلے ہوئے چنے ڈال کر گرائینڈ کر لیں ۔
۔اب ایک گرائیندر لیں اور اس میں سبز دھنیا ،پارسلے ،لہسن ،سبز مرچ اورگرائینڈ کیے ہوئے چنے (چار کھانے کے چمچ)ڈال کر گرائینڈ کر لیں ۔
۔اب ایک باؤل لیں اور اس میں باقی بچے ہوئے چنے ڈال کر تیار شدہ مکسچر ،میدہ ،زیرہ پاؤڈر ،دھنیا پاؤڈر ،بیکنگ پاؤڈر ،نمک،کالی مرچ پاؤڈر ڈال کر مکس کرلیں اور آدھے گھنٹے کے لیے فریج میں رکھ دیں ۔
۔اب تیار کیے ہوئے مکسچر کے بالز بنا لیں ۔
۔اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل ڈال کر گرم کر یں اور تیارکی ہوئی بالز کو گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں ۔
