Ingredients for Andrassy

300 gm Rice Flour
Half cup Sugar Powder
2 tbsp Dry Milk
Half cup Semolina
½ tsp Cardamom Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup cup Fresh Milk
2 Egg White
100 gm White Sesame
Cooking Oil (As Needed)
Directions for Andrassy

1- In a bowl, add rice flour, sugar powder, dry milk, semolina, cardamom powder, baking soda, fresh milk and mix them well, then keep aside for an hour at room temperature
2- Now, make balls from the mixture
3- Now, cover these balls with egg white and white sesame
4- Now, in a pan, add cooking oil and bring to heat, then add balls and deep fry them until golden brown

اجزا ء چاول کا آٹا تین سو گرام چینی پاؤڈر آدھا کپ خشک دودھ دوکھانے کے چمچ سوجی آدھا کپ الائچی پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ میٹھا سوڈا آدھا چائے کا چمچ فریش دودھ آدھا کپ انڈے کی سفیدی دو عدد سفید تِل ایک سو گرام کھانے کاتیل حسبِ ضرورت ترکیب ۔ایک باؤل میں چاول کا آٹا لیں اور اس میں چینی پاؤڈر ،خشک دودھ ،سوجی،الائچی پاؤڈر ،میٹھا سوڈا اور فریش دودھ ڈال کر اچھی طرح گوندھ لیں اور ایک گھنٹے کے لیے کمرے کے درجہ حرارت پر رکھ دیں ۔ ۔اب تیار کیے ہوئے آٹے کے گول شکل کے اندرسے (بالز )بنا لیں ۔ ۔اب گول اندرسوں پر انڈے کی سفیدی اور سفید تِل لگا لیں ۔ ۔اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل لے کر گرم کرلیں اور اس میں تیار کیے ہوئے اندرسے (بالز )ڈال کر گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک ڈیپ فرائی کر لیں ۔ ۔آپکے مزیدار اندرسے تیار ہیں ۔ بنانے کا وقت: 40 منٹ افراد: چار عدد
