Ingredients for Daal Makhni

  • Mash Pulse 300g
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Tomato Paste 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • White Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Green Chili 2 pieces
  • Coconut Powder 2 tsp
  • Green Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Ginger (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Almond, Cashew, Pistachio Paste 2 tsp
  • Cream 2 tsp
  • Fenugreek 2 tsp
  • Hot water 1 cup

Method for Daal Makhni


1-Boil the mash pulse.
2-In a cooking pot, add cooking oil, ginger & garlic paste, cumin fry until light brown.
3-Now add, tomato paste, salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, coconut powder, boiled mash pulse and
4-cook for 4-5 minutes.
5-Now add almonds, cashew, pistachio (paste each), cream, fenugreek, ginger & garlic, green chili, and cook for a while.
6-Afterward, add hot water, hot spices, butter and cook for 5-7 minutes.
1-Your tasty Daal Makhni is ready to serve.

بادام،کاجو،پِستہ کا پیسٹ دو چائے کے چمچ

میتھی
گرم پانی ایک پیالی
مکھن تین چائے کے چمچ
گرم مصالحہ آدھا چائے کا چمچ

ترکیب
دال ماش ثابت کو اُبال لیں۔آدھا کپ آئل میں ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ اور زیرہ ڈال کر بھون لیں لائٹ براؤن ہونے پر ٹماٹر کا پیسٹ،نمک،دھنیا پاؤڈر،سفید زیرہ پاؤڈر،سرخ مرچ پسی ہوئی ،کوکو نٹ پاؤڈر اور دال ماش ڈال کر بھون لیں براؤن ہونے پر بادام،کاجواور پستہ کا پیسٹ ،کریم،میتھی ادرک لہسن ہری مرچ کٹی ہوئی ڈال کر ہلائیں اب ایک پیالی گرم پانی ،گرم مصالحہ، اورمکھن ڈال کر پانچ سے سات مِنٹ تک فرائی کریں اور اُتار لیں۔ آپکی مزیدار دال مکھنی تیار ہے
