Ingredients
- Maida 1 cup
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Mozzarella Cheese 3 slices
- Salt as per taste
- Onion (Round shape) 2 rings
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Bread Crumbs 1 ½ cup
- Cooking Oil as needed
Cooking Method
1- Cut the onion in ring shape.
2- In a bowl, add Maida, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well. Maida mixture is ready.
3- Cut the mozzarella cheese slices in long shape and fill them between two onion rings.
4- Now, cover the filled onion rings with Maida mixture, then dip in eggs and at the end cover with bread crumbs. Repeat these steps twice respectively.
5- Now, fry them until golden brown in the cooking oil.
Your tasty Crispy Fried Onion Rings are ready now.
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
Serve: 2 persons

۔ گول پیاز دو عدد
۔ انڈے تین عدد
۔ بریڈ کرم ڈیڑھ کپ
۔ کھانے کا تیل حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب
۔ پیاز کو رنگز کی شکل میں کاٹ لیں ۔
۔ ایک برتن میں میدہ لیں اوراس میں نمک اور کالی مرچ پاؤڈر ڈا ل کر ملا لیں ۔
۔ مزریلہ چیزسلائس کولمبائی کے رُخ کاٹ کر پیازکے دو رنگز کے درمیا ن میں بھر لیں۔
۔ اب پیاز کے رنگز کو تیار شدہ میدہ پھر انڈا اور آخر میں بریڈ کرم میں ڈِپ کر لیں اور یہ عمل دہرا لیں ۔
۔ اب پین میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اوراس میں تیار شدہ پیازرنگز ڈال کر گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک ڈیپ فرائی کر لیں ۔
آپکی مزیدار کرسپی فرائیڈ اونین رنگز تیار ہیں ۔
