- Coconut Crushed 2 cups
- Desi Ghee 4 tbsp
- Cardamom Seeds 10 seeds
- Cloves 6 pieces
- Sugar half cup
- Cream half cup
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Almonds 20g
- Walnut 20g Cooking Method
1- In a cooking pan, add desi ghee, cardamom seeds, cloves and mix it.
2- Now, add coconut and cook until golden color.
3- After that, add sugar, cream and cook 3-4 minutes.
4- Next, add eggs and keep stirring.
5- Use Almonds, walnut for garnishing.
