- 500g Chicken wings (with skin)
- ½ cup Vinegar
- ½ cup Water
- Salt as per taste
- 1-1/2 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1-1/2 tbsp Lemon powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 cup Maida
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Corn Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- Cooking Oil for frying
1- In a bowl, add chicken wings, water, vinegar and keep in the refrigerator for an hour.
2- Now, let the chicken wings out.
3- In a bowl, add chicken wings, salt, chili sauce, black pepper powder, paprika powder, lemon powder, onion powder, garlic powder and mix it well.
4- Now, keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
5- In a bowl, add maida, salt, black pepper powder, corn flour and mix it well.
6- In another bowl, add eggs, milk and shake it well.
7- Now dip the marinated wings in the eggs bowl then cover it with maida mixture and fry it in the cooking oil.
Your tasty Chicken Wings now ready to serve.
