Chicken boneless (cube cut) 1/2 kg

Gram flour 1/2 cup

Red chilli powder 1 tbsp

Turmeric 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Coriander (chopped) 3 tbsp

Corn flour 2 tbsp

Egg white 1

Water as required

Ketchup 1 cup

Chilli flakes 1/2 tbsp

Mint 2 tbsp

Corriander green 3 tbsp

Salt to taste

Sugar 1/2 tbsp

Chat masala 1/2 tbsp

Take a bowl add gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala, coriander, corn flour, egg white and water. Then add cube cut chicken and mix it properly. Now keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes
