How to make Mangolian Chicken Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 330 gm K&N’s Chicken Tempura
  • 300 gm Noodles
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • ½ cup carrots
  • ½ bell pepper
  • ½ cup spring onion
  • ½ Tbsp garlic, Chopped
  • ½ Tbsp Ginger Chopped
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup water, plus more as needed to thin out sauce
  • 1 Tsp red chili flakes
  • toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
  • thinly sliced green onions, for garnish
Cooking Direction:
  1. Prepare K&N’s Chicken Tempura as per the instructions on the pack
  2. Take a skillet with water, heat it and put the olive oil.
  3. Add the noodles in the water and let them cook for a while. When done, drain and set aside.
  4. Heat a pan over medium-high
  5. Add 1½ tablespoons olive oil and add the garlic, ginger and carrots.
  6. Cook until the vegetables are just crisp tender, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, crushed red chilli and cornstarch.
  8. Now add boiled noodles, green onion, bell pepper and cook it for a minute.
  9. Now add prepared K&N’s Chicken Tempura and mix it well.
  10. Serve hot topped with sesame seeds and green onions.

منگولین چکن نوڈلزبنانے کی ترکیب کو پیکٹ پر ہدایت کے مطابق تیار کر لیں۔ K&Ns Chicken Tempura ایک برتن میں پانی کو گرم کر لیں اب اس میں ڈیڑھ کھانے کے چمچ زیتون کا تیل ڈال دیں۔ اب اس میں نوڈلز ڈال کر پکا لیں۔نوڈلز پکنے پر چھان کر ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔ اب ایک برتن میں ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ زیتون کا تیل ، لہسن،ادرک، گاجر ڈال کر کریسپی گلنے تک پکا لیں یا دو سے تین منٹ پکا لیں۔ اب اس میں سویا سوس، براؤن شوگر،لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی،کارن فلور، ڈال کر تھوڑی دیر پکا لیں۔ اب اس میں اُبلے ہوئے نوڈلز ، سبز پیاز، ہرا پیاز، ڈا ل کر تھوڑی دیر پکا لیں۔ اب اس میں تیار کیے ہوئے چکن ٹمپورا ڈال کر ہلکا سا پکا لیں۔ اب اس پر ہرا پیاز اور سفید تل کی گارنش کر لیں۔
