Ingredients for Chicken Mughlai

  • Chicken 300g
  • Water 2 cup
  • Onion 300g
  • Green Chili 4 pieces
  • White Cumin 1 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Yogurt 100g
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • White Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder ½ tsp
  • Almond, Cashew, Pistachio Powder 3 tsp
  • Cream 3 tsp

Method for Chicken Mughlai

1- Boil onion, green chili and white cumin in water for 5-7 minutes.

2- Grind the boiled onion and green chili after adding milk and yogurt.

3- Fry ginger paste in cooking oil for a while. After it turns brown, add milk, yogurt, onion, chili paste, salt, white chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes.

4- Now add cream and paste of almonds, cashews and Pistachio. Mix it and steam for 2-3 minutes.

5- Your tasty Chicken Mughlai is now ready to serve.

ترکیب
پیاز،ہری مرچ،اور سفید زیرہ کو پانی میں ڈال کر پانچ سے سات مِنٹ تک اُبال لیں۔اُبلی ہوئی پیازاور ہری مرچ کو دودھ اور دہی میں ڈال کر گرائنڈکر لیں۔اب آئل اور ادرک کا پیسٹ تھوڑی دیر تک فرائی کریں براؤن ہونے پر دودھ ،دہی ،پیازاور مرچ والا پیسٹ اس میں ڈال دیں ۔ نمک ،سفید مرچ پاؤڈر،زیرہ پاؤڈر، دھنیا پاؤڈر اور چکن ڈال کر بھُنائی کر کے پانچ مِنٹ دم دیں ۔بادام ،کاجو، پستہ کا پیسٹ اور کریم کو اس میں ملا کر دو سے تین مِنٹ تک دم دیں اور اب آپکی مزیدارچکن مُغلانی تیار ہے ۔
