Ingredients for kathi Rolls:
500 gm Chicken
Salt (As Needed)
1 TSP Coriander Powder
½ TSP Turmeric
1 TSP Cumin Powder
½ TSP Black Pepper Powder
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
50 gm Green Coriander
10 gm Yogurt
1 TSP Paprika Powder
1 Cucumber
10 gm Bay Leaf
1 Onion
1 Green Capsicum
4 TBSP Mayonnaise
3 TBSP Cooking Oil
10 gm Lettuce
1 Tomato
Instructions for kathi Rolls:
First of all, take a bowl. Add Chicken, Salt, paprika powder, Black pepper Powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric, Cumin Powder, Yogurt, Lemon juice, mix these all ingredients and keep this mixture aside for 30 minutes
Now add cooking oil in the pan, add marinated chicken in this oil then cook it for 5 minutes
After this add onions, Green Capsicum and cook it more for 5 minutes
After this take a Paratha. Apply Mayonnaise, marinated chicken, Bay leaf, Cucumber and roll this Paratha
Your Tasty Paratha Roll is ready to Serve

کاٹھی رول اجزا ء چکن 500گرام نمک حسبِ ذائقہ دھنیا پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچ ہلدی 1/2 چائے کا چمچ زیرہ پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچ کالی مرچ پاؤڈر 1/2 چائے کا چمچ لیموں کا رس 2کھانے کے چمچ سبز دھنیا 50گرام دہی 10گرام پیپریکا پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچ کھیرا 1 عدد ٹماٹر 1 عدد پیاز 1 عدد سبز شملہ مرچ 1 عدد ما یو نیز 4 کھانے کے چمچ کھانے کا تیل 3کھانے کے چمچ سلادپتہ 10گرام کاٹھی رول ترکیب ۔ایک باؤل لیں اوراس میں چکن ،نمک،پیپریکا پاؤڈر ،کالی مرچ پاؤڈر ،دھنیا پاؤڈر ،ہلدی ،زیرہ پاؤڈر ،دہی اور لیموں کا رس ڈال کر تیس منٹ تک رکھ دیْں ۔ ۔اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اوراس میں تیار کیا ہوا چکن ڈال کر پانچ منٹ تک پکالیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں پیاز اورسبز شملہ مرچ ڈال کر مزید پانچ منٹ تک پکالیں ۔ ۔اب پراٹھا لیں اوراس پر مایو نیز ،تیار کیاہو ا چکن سلاد پتہ ،ٹماٹر اور کھیرا ڈال کر رول کر لیں ۔ آپکا مزیدار کاٹھی رول تیار ہے ۔ پکانے کا وقت: 35 منٹ افراد : تین عدد
