- Chicken 400g
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Cream 3 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cups
- Green Chili 3 pieces
- Green Onions 5g
- Mint 10g
- Green Coriander 10g
- Boiled Spinach 10g
- Dry fenugreek 1 tsp
- Water ½ cup
- Cooking Oil ½ cup
- Butter 5g
Grind green coriander, green chili, mint, boiled spinach, green onions, yogurt and water.
In a pan, add cooking oil, ginger & garlic paste and fry until light brown.
Now add chicken and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Afterward, add salt, coriander powder, black pepper crushed, cumin powder and cook it for a while.
Now add grinded paste in it and steam for 8-10 minutes. Check between the time.
Next, add cream and dry fenugreek in it and cook for 3-4 minutes. In the end add butter.
Your delicious Chicken Hara Masala now ready to serve.
