How to make Chicken Chilli Dry

Ingredients for Chicken Chilli Dry
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 300 grams K&N’s Chicken Tempura
  • ½ Tbsp. soya sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp. red chili powder
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. garlic
  • ½ green bell pepper / capsicum
  • ½ yellow bell pepper / capsicum
  • 1 to 2 green chilies
  • Spring onions for garnish

Instructions for Chicken Chilli Dry:

  1. Prepare K&N’s Chicken Tempura as per the instruction on the pack
  2. Prepare the sauce .Add salt, 2 tbsp chili sauce, ½ tbsp soya sauce and 1 tsp red chili powder to a bowl and mix well.
  3. Take a pan and add 2 tbsp olive oil in the pan. Add garlic, fry for about a min, add onions, capsicum and green chilies and fry till they turn slightly soft for about a minute or so.
  4. Pour the sauce that was prepared at step 2. Let the sauces bubble up well.
  5. Add the prepared K&N’s Chicken Tempura, saute on high flame for 1-2 minutes. Serve chili chicken hot with rice or noodles.

چکن چلی ڈرائی کی ترکیب کو پیکٹ سےنکال کر پیکٹ پر ہدایات کے مطا بق تیار کر لیں۔ K&Ns Chicken Tempura ایک برتن میں نمک، چلی سوس،سویا سوس، لال مرچ پاؤڈر ڈال کر ملا لیں۔ اب اس برتن میں زیتون کا تیل لیں اس میں لہسن ڈال کر ایک منٹ کے لیے فرائی کر لیں۔ اب اس میں پیاز،لال شملہ مرچ، پیلی شملہ مرچ، ہری مرچ، ڈال کر ایک سے دو منٹ تک پکا لیں۔ اب اس میں تیار کی ہوئی سوس ڈال کر ایک سے دو منٹ تک پکا لیں۔ اب اس میں تیار کیے ہوئے چکن ٹمپورا ڈال کر ایک سے دو منٹ تک تیز آنچ پر پکا لیں۔ آپکے مزے دار چکن چلی ڈرائی تیار ہے۔ اُبلے ہوئے چاولوں یا نوڈلز کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
