Theory is that this sweet lump of happiness has origins way back in the Mughal times, where it was originally prepared by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan’s personal chef. Gulab jamun is a milk solid based sweet dish like Rasmalai which is not only popular in the Indian subcontinent but also in Caribbean countries like Guyana, Mauritius and Jamaica. It is mainly made out of milk-solids but out variant takes a more healthy approach and uses butter instead.   • Bread Slices 12 pieces
  • Milk half cup
  • Water as needed
  • Sugar 1 ½ cup
  • Cardamom 6 pieces
  • Pistachio crushed 10g
  • Cashew crushed 10g
  • Cooking Oil as needed
  1. In a bowl, add the bread slices and mash it.
  2. After that add milk and mix it well.
  3. Next make Gulab Jaman by filling it with cashew and pistachio.
  4. Now deep fry it in the cooking oil until golden brown.
  5. For making sugar syrup, add water, sugar, cardamom in a cooking pot and cook it well.
  6. Keep the Gulab Jaman in the sugar syrup for 4 to 5 hours.
  7. Your delicious Bread Gulab Jaman now ready to serve.

اجزاء ۔بریڈسلائس 12 عدد ۔دودھ آدھا کپ ۔پانی حسبِ ضرورت ۔پستہ 10گرام ۔کا جو 10گرام ۔چینی ڈیڑھ کپ ۔سبز اِلائچی 6عدد ۔کھانے کاتیل حسبِ ضرورت ترکیب ۔ ایک برتن میں بریڈڈال کر اچھی طرح باریک کر لیں اب اس میں دود ھ ڈال کر اچھی طرح گوندھ لیں۔ ۔ اب اس میں پستہ، کاجوبھر کر گول رسگُلے بنا لیں۔ ۔ شیرہ بنانے کے لیے ایک برتن میں پانی لیں اس میں چینی اور سبز اِلائچی ڈال کر اچھی طرح پکا لیں ۔ ۔ اب ایک برتن میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اس میں تیار شدہ رسگلے ڈا ل کر گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں ۔ ۔ اب رسگلوں کو چار سے پانچ گھنٹے کے لیے شیرے میں رکھ دیں ۔ آپکے مزیداربریڈ گلاب جامن تیار ہیں ۔ پکانے کاوقت : 30 منٹ
